History
Founded by Adem Çelik-Beykent Education Foundation on 9th of July, 1997 with the law number 4282, Istanbul Beykent University established the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences & Business Administration Department in 1997-1998 academic year and accepted first students.
Qualification Awarded
Graduates who successfully complete the program by fulfilling all the requirements receive "bachelor's degree in business administration".
Admission Requirements
Admission and placement of students by Beykent University are carried out according to the results of Examination for Higher Education Institutions and in accordance with the provisions set out by the Council of Higher Education (CoHE).
Higher Grade Transition
Beykent University offers a variety of thesis and non-thesis master's programs to students, who graduate from the Department of Business Administration.
Graduation Requirements
Students who accomplish 240 AKTS (minimum 2.00 Graduation Grade Point Average over 4.00) can have the right to receive their Undergraduate Diploma
Occupational Profiles of Graduates
Graduates of business administration can work at both management and department level in the fields of accounting and finance, banking and insurance, money and capital markets, international trade, marketing and production, purchasing, public relations, advertising, human resources, management consultant in the private sector, as well as in public institutions and organizations, non-governmental organizations, chambers of industry and commerce. Graduates who wish can establish their own businesses as entrepreneurs. In addition, graduates with master's and doctoral degrees can work as academicians at universities.

Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading Regulations are regulated by "Beykent University Associate Degree and Undergraduate Education Regulations".

Specific processes related to examinations, teaching-learning, measurement and evaluation are determined by the Bey Beykent University Measurement Activities and Examination Application Directive.

Relative evaluation principles and procedures are defined by "Beykent University Relative Evaluation System Implementation Directive".
Exam types and assessment and evaluation methods applied for each course are defined in the field of "Course Structure".
